Payment Policy:
A valid card is required at the time of booking to uphold my cancellation and no-show policy. I accept Zelle, cash, and credit cards. If you're paying with cash, please bring
the exact amount, as I do not keep change on hand at the
studio.
Location & Parking:
I'm located in Lee's Summit, Missouri. Kindly note: no guests or children are allowed during appointments.
Additional salon policies are posted within the building.
What to Know Before You Arrive:
Please come to your appointment with acompletely clean face - this means no makeup, skincare products, or residue of any kind. Contact lenses must be removed before your service begins, as they cannot be worn during the application. To help minimize eye fluttering, it's important to avoid caffeine for at least five hours before your appointment. For a peaceful, distraction-free experience, please silence and put away your phone before we get started.
Get Ready to Relax:
Your appointment will last between two to four hours, so wear something comfortable and come ready to relax. You're welcome to enjoy a lash nap while I work.
Please be sure to use the restroom beforehand so you
can fully relax and remain comfortable throughout the service.
Fills:
Fills require at least 50% of your lash extensions stillintact at the time of your appointment. If you are missing more than 50%, your appointment may need to be rescheduled for the next available date and will beconsidered a new fullset.
Anything booked more than 3 weeks after your last appointment is automatically considered a full set, no exceptions.
Please book the correct service to ensure enough time is reserved and to avoid delays for the next client.
If you arrive with makeup or mascara residue on your lashes, a $10 makeup removal fee will beadded to your total.

Cancellation/ No Show Policy
If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours, 50% of the service will be charged. If a no show occurs, 100% will be charged. I am a very understanding person, though I am also protecting my small business. Please be considerate of my time. Cancellations and reschedules are to be made directly on my booking site or through text.

ETA BEFORE your appointment. I have a 10 minute grace period.
Anything after 10 minutes will be an automatic cancellation. Please be considerate of other clients and my time.
